Model ZGX70 spherical surface grinding machine is high efficiency equipment of processing lens, meeting the requirements of the curvature precision, the roughness and the height of the arc.
The lens spindle grinds through adjusting the spring at a suitable speed. A center axis driven by a spring is mounted inside the lens spindle. Once press the lever back, the lens spindle would stop automatically, the zipper would be opened and the lens would be easily fixed or fetched.
The lenss size could be achieved by adjusting the places of diamond wheel and lens spindle. The roughness could be achieved by setting the time.
The lens spindle and the diamond wheel both have two kinds of speed depending upon the lens size when grinding.
