Model JP1 Swinging Shafts Polishing Machine is a kind of equipment, which can be used to accurately grind and polish small lenses that will be applicated in the optical and electronic industries. This machined consists of mechanical system and electrical system, its core controller is PLC, and the motors of the main shafts and swing shafts are controlled by 4 frequency converters separately, which can realize stepless speed variation of the main shafts and swing house. The range of the main shafts speed is 250~3600rpm and the range of the swing houses frequency is 10~100rpm. The remarkable characteristics of the machines is that: before the works shafts start to run, it can be swung to an angle within 0~45°forward and backwardby a bar and a bar nut, and then an angle within 0~30°from this location as a balance point will be swung, which can own a higher working efficiency and better final quality than the normal optical equipment. The control of the machine is divided into the automatic and manual modes. The processing time of the works can be set from 1 second to 99 hours according to the different curvature radius.
